Subtlety Rogues shine in PvP. Preparation resets the cooldowns of your other abilities, Hemorrhage is a strong builder, Quietus empowers it against weakened targets, and Thousand Cuts makes it cheaper after Rupture damage.

Playstyle and rotation
In PvP, open from stealth with Premeditation and Cheap Shot, then follow up with Hemorrhage and Kidney Shot. Preparation makes Vanish, Sprint and Evasion available again immediately. In raids, keep Rupture up so Thousand Cuts takes effect, build combo points with Hemorrhage and finish with Slice and Dice and Eviscerate.
Stat priority
For Subtlety Rogue, the key stats are hit up to the cap, Agility, attack power and crit. Stamina matters more in PvP. Watch your weapon type when talents depend on it. This priority comes from Classic; stat weights in WoW Forever may differ.
