Assassination Rogue Talents & Build – Raid for WoW Forever
Assassination Rogues thrive on crits and poisons. Mutilate attacks with both weapons and grants two combo points, Seal Fate grants another one on crits, Venom empowers your poisons, and Vile Poisons increases their damage further.

Raid Build (PvE)
Assassination down to Venom with Malice, Lethality, Vile Poisons and Vigor. Combat offers Puncturing Wounds for more crit with Mutilate, Precision for more hit chance and Dual Wield Specialization for your off-hand weapon.

Playstyle and rotation
With two daggers, build combo points with Mutilate; it hits poisoned targets harder. Keep Slice and Dice and Venom up and finish with Eviscerate or Rupture. Use Cold Blood before a big finisher. In Forever, poisons hold more charges and stack with a sharpening stone. Blizzard calls the Rogue the class with the highest single-target melee damage.
Stat priority
For Assassination Rogue, the key stats are hit up to the cap, Agility, attack power and crit. Stamina matters more in PvP. Watch your weapon type when talents depend on it. This priority comes from Classic; stat weights in WoW Forever may differ.
