Combat Rogue Talents & Build – Raid for WoW Forever
Combat Rogues are the easiest spec for raids. Adrenaline Rush briefly doubles your energy regeneration, Blade Flurry increases attack speed and hits a second enemy, Hack and Slash grants extra attacks, more crit or armor penetration depending on weapon type, and Flawless Execution makes Eviscerate cheaper.

Raid Build (PvE)
Combat down to Adrenaline Rush with Weapon Expertise, Aggression, Flawless Execution and Dual Wield Specialization. Assassination offers Malice, Ruthlessness, Lethality and Improved Slice and Dice.

Playstyle and rotation
Build combo points with Sinister Strike, keep Slice and Dice up at all times, and use Eviscerate as your finisher in between. Pop Adrenaline Rush and Blade Flurry together when the boss is vulnerable or several enemies are stacked. In Forever you can also use one-handed axes; swords and axes work best with Hack and Slash. Watch your threat and use Feint when needed.
Stat priority
For Combat Rogue, the key stats are hit up to the cap, Agility, attack power and crit. Stamina matters more in PvP. Watch your weapon type when talents depend on it. This priority comes from Classic; stat weights in WoW Forever may differ.
