What's New?

Skyborne is the new race: exiled Highborne who made a pact with the wind spirits. On the Horde side (Windshaper) they can be Druid, Hunter, Rogue, Shaman, Warrior; on the Alliance side (High Order), Druid, Hunter, Mage, Rogue, Warrior. They start on Zephras Isle (levels 1–12).

Nine at launch, spanning levels 13 to 60. The original dungeons stay, with reworked loot.

An account-wide progression system: 65 challenges award one point each, which you spend across three trees. It unlocks with your first point, usually at level 25, and opens with the Y key.

Servers and rulesets

There are no realms or server list anymore. Instead, you pick a ruleset: Normal, PvP or Roleplay, with Hardcore coming later. Each ruleset is one big shared world.
