Arms Warrior Talents & Build – Raid and PvP for WoW Forever
Arms Warriors rely on a slow two-handed weapon. Their centerpiece is Mortal Strike: it hits hard and reduces healing on the target. Weaponmaster gives you more crit, armor penetration or extra attacks depending on weapon type, Deep Wounds and Impale boost your crits, and Improved Slam turns Slam into an attack that no longer resets your swing timer.
Talents, ranks and values come from the WoW Forever game files. Playstyle and stat tips are based on Classic experience; talents and details may differ in Forever.

Raid Build (PvE)
Arms down to Mortal Strike with Weaponmaster, Two-Handed Weapon Specialization and Improved Slam so Slam no longer resets your swing timer. Fury provides Cruelty and Unbridled Wrath for crit and rage, Booming Voice for cheaper shouts and Enrage for more physical damage.

PvP Build
For PvP: Improved Hamstring keeps enemies in place, Improved Charge generates more rage with Charge, and Mortal Strike reduces healing on the target, which is crucial against healers. Fury provides Piercing Howl against multiple enemies, Blood Craze for survival and Improved Execute for a cheaper Execute; the last points go into Iron Will against stuns and fear.

Playstyle and rotation
Keep Mortal Strike on cooldown and use Overpower as soon as it lights up. Fill with Slam; dump excess rage into Heroic Strike, or into Cleave on multiple enemies after popping Sweeping Strikes. Once the target drops below 20% health, Execute takes priority. In Forever, crits generate considerably more rage, so hit and crit pay off twice.
Stat priority
For Arms Warrior, the key stats are hit up to the cap, Strength or attack power, and crit. Agility adds some crit chance, and Stamina mostly matters in PvP. A good weapon is your single most important piece of gear. This priority comes from Classic; stat weights in WoW Forever may differ.
