There's a member of the city guard who was reassigned to duty in Southshore out in the Hillsbrad Foothills. His father was a friend of mine, and while I don't disagree that he could use the lesson... I'd still like to see him succeed. He would really benefit from someone like you helping him out. There is a boat that can take you that way from Menethil Harbor, if you are passing back through.
