The quilboar of Razorfen have joined the Scourge: the lich Amnennar the Coldbringer rules the Downs, while necromancers and undead fill the thorny caves.
Access, keys and attunement
Belnistrasz inside Razorfen Downs starts “Extinguishing the Idol”: you defend him while he extinguishes the idol, which opens the way to the lower part. (Disabling the Idol)
