Maintain your reputation with the Magram Clan, and use the Enhanced Necromancy Staff to fully raise undead that are struggling to emerge throughout the Valley of Bones. Return to Orgrul once the Magram army has grown.

I can see the excitement in your eyes, outsider. Do you grasp the potential of necromancy yet? Of course you do. And that is why I am ordering you to hone your skills further. As you venture deeper into the Valley of Bones, you will see the remains of failed attempts at raising the dead. Gelkis attempts, no doubt. Hardly able to claw out from the dirt.
